Rune Crafting

To begin rune crafting you will first need to obtain a level one book. When you complete BH 1 you will be given a Flag that will allow u to pick up quests at one of three NPC’s depending on your level. Only a blue or purple quest will give you the necessary items needed to obtain a rune-crafting book.

Once you have obtained the required honors you can acquire books. They can be obtained from the Divine Emissary of the Shadow. Choose Divine Goods, Rune and then choose of the book you would like to craft.

You can combine shards at all Jewelcraftsman.
Each Rough shard requires 3 Shabby shards.
Each Blemished shard requires 3 Rough shards.
Each Common shard requires 3 Blemished shards.
Each Average shard requires 4 Common shards.
Each Beautiful shard requires 4 Average shards.

To make 1 Common Shard = combine (27 Shabby 14,310 coins)
To make 1 Average Shard = combine (108 Shabby 57,240 coins)
To make 1 Beautiful Shard = combine (432 Shabby 228,960 coins)
